Returns & Shipping
All orders are estimated to ship in time for Christmas holidays, 2017. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are estimated to arrive within 10 - 15 business days of shipment.
Cancellation & Order Change Policy
Once your order is submitted, we coordinate our inventory accordingly, so please reach out to us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can try to change it. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return or exchange after it arrives to you.
You can cancel your order prior to its shipping, and we'll refund 100% of your money within a day.
If you email within 72 hours of delivery (based on the shipping tracking code information) and the blanket is unused, and includes all original packaging: We will send you instructions for you to return the blanket to us and we'll refund you 100% of your purchase price.
If you email after 3 days, but within 14 days of delivery: We will send you instructions for you to return the blanket to us and we'll refund you 80% of your purchase price. This covers the lost value of the blanket being used. Additional costs could be deducted if the blanket is not clean, not in the original condition, or was a special order.
