Refund Policy Agreement
We are sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your Density blanket. You have 14 calendar days to return your blanket from its delivery date. The delivery date and the date you return your package are based on the date shown on the shipping label.
After inspection, you will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.
If the blanket needs to be cleaned or is damaged, you will receive a partial refund to cover the expenses of repacking and restocking the product.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase to return your blanket.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Density, can be returned to Density.
The total or a partial refund will be credited to you using your original method of payment. You refund will be credited back to you in the next coming days (5 to 7 business days), depending on the payment you used to place your order.
We highly recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
